@WisecarsLtd waiting for a response to my refund request email since 29th 25 September. @SixtUK did not issue me a car and confirmed they did not charge you, yet I haven’t received a single dollar back. How unethical is that ? Is this really how you treat your customer’s..

@WisecarsLtd Wisecards company are total THIEVES. They took my money and cancelled my reservation and refused to refund my money. AVOID WISECARD for car rentals They are not even with the BBB. Every time I get a response it’s another story and excuse. THIEVES AVOID this company they are awful

@factsvsbullshit It seems the agent at the counter claimed that Wisecars cancelled your reservation, which doesn't align with the facts explained earlier. We apologize for this behavior and will follow up with their management to investigate the situation further.

@factsvsbullshit Just to clarify, grace periods are set by the car rental companies, not Wisecars. Our system is separate from theirs, so we can’t see your arrival time unless we contact the supplier. You can find this information in the supplier’s terms and conditions.

@KAYAK I’ve been happily using you since 2014. I booked a car through @WisecarsLtd via @KAYAK. Flight was diverted, I informed, Avis charged $0, but Wisecars refuses to refund. They’re keeping money for service they didn’t provide. I suggest you reconsider working with them.

@WisecarsLtd is not to be trusted. Rental car for Geneva airport , Jan 2025 , booked and paid for in July 2024. Wisecars emails me 6th Sept, saying can’t guarantee car will actually be available when I arrive, but just turn up and hope for best!!! Unbelievable.

Stuck with no transport for my holiday as @WisecarsLtd continue to take bookings for cars that @Hertz have told them they can’t make. Told I have to wait 2 weeks for a decision on my support ticket. Awful service.
