Corporations are using inflation to justify massive price hikes, but are then using their record profits to buy back shares of their own stock and boost share prices. It’s a scam that transfers wealth from the wallets of working people into the pockets of CEOs and shareholders.

Let's keep up pressure to pass a voting rights law that makes it easy to vote, ends partisan gerrymandering, and stops the flood of dark money into elections. That, right there, would go a long way toward helping us keep our democracy.

Not everyone decides to run for office because of ego or power. Not everyone sees public service as a rung on a career ladder. Sometimes people run for the right reasons - to make things better for their community. Voters and grassroots donors can tell the difference.
