I refused to talk to even see a therapist until I was diagnosed with PTSD on the last leg of my enlistment(US ARMY). I went thru things I don’t wish on my worst enemy. It’s a struggle… now I see 16yo kids talking about their 16yo struggles with XYZ.
They’re blessed with the life I wish I could have back and they’re calling it a struggle
