Today @FERC voted 2-1 to reject a first-of-its-kind co-located load agreement to serve data centers. This decision fails to recognize the creative approach the agreement took & fails to demonstrate flexibility to ensure the grid can reliably & affordably handle rising demand.

@wlpFERC (@FERC) delivered a thoughtful and inspiring keynote address. He commented on the FERC Order 1920 stating that it "requires transmission providers to plan for the long term, consider a broad set of benefits, and state engagement." He also addressed the Trump assassination attempt, saying he is committed "to bring the temperature down" toward more civil disclosure. #NARUCSUMMER24
