Claude Code is great, but building insights and a custom wrapper around it to make sure I am understanding which prompts / decisions take up the most usage.

I built a tool to track my session in Claude Code, and make sure I understand usage of each query. I tend to run several terminals at once, and prefer CLI.

Taking every ounce of restraint to not out a founder who won't pay us a dime because TechCrunch didn't like their app (exact words: "not impressed" and "missed opportunity"). He decided he wanted to indefinitely delay the news after this, but said he wouldn't pay us anything until it was complete. We would not agree to this, so he peaced out and just left the Slack channel. I know there's no good to come from public shaming and it'll only reflect poorly on me, but my urge to be petty is so strong...

Job search tip I wish I'd known when I was a college senior: Don't prioritize sending job apps - just email founders/managers. Way more visibility, and easier to personalize. (as practice, I'm jeff at exa dot ai 😊)
