@Airbnb Update: @Airbnb did NOTHING to help. I took my entire business to @vrbo. Seems their VRBOCares program would have made a difference had I experienced this same situation with them.

When you stay at an @Airbnb and the host doesn't send you a lock code for checkin, and when you finally get the lock code, you enter property and find its not been cleaned from the previous renter (and its missing smoke detectors) - what recourse do you have?

I reached out to the host and they eventually cleaned the property by 11pm. Smoke detectors were not fixed. Isn't this worthy of a refund?
