3rd grade mathematicians created their own tangrams and began to discover how shapes can be made with other shapes!

First graders have been learning all about plants in science. Today, we took full advantage of the beautiful weather and began the creation of our vegetable garden! Students observed many living things and drew ideas of what to add to our outdoor space!☀️🪴 @RobertHunterES

@MrsDavisFRSD New Work Places = Excitement for our learners!

We added a new Work Place- using pattern blocks to make pictures and then identifying and counting the number of shapes to form the picture. It was warmly received!
