PHP is incredible for building millions of pages at scale and so incredibly cheap to get it going. All I have is PHP, MySQL in a VPS and that's it.

I lined up crude oil, jet fuel, and a typical airline ticket. For a while they moved together; then they didn’t. Toward the end, the ticket price pulls away from fuel more than at any other time!
