Obviously im not talking about post 10 concussion CTE Tua. Yes they look the same. Especially since Tua was working with a worse oline

@NatSparbeck When you attach yourself to Goff this is what you get. Coaches arent dumb, Goff is a career killer and they know it. Mcdaniel led Tua to all the same stats that Goff had and it got him fired. Bad qbs kill OCs, Mcdaniel and others arent risking their future on untalented qbs.

Unpopular take: Lane Kiffin did nothing wrong. He's not the villain. He's not the bad guy. He didn't tarnish his reputation. He simply operated within the ecosystem of college football that allows for free movement, self-promotion/advancement and financial gain. He also EARNED the ability to be in that position. Outside values, perceived loyalty and frivolous emotions are not part of his equation. Just yours. Lane ain't the bad guy.

WHAT DID LANE KIFFIN DO THAT WAS WRONG? Lane is not a villain! He got offered what he thinks is a better gig & took it. The system allows this and until the recruiting/portal calendar aligns w/ the competitive calendar, coaches, players, & programs will be put in awful spots.

@danorlovsky7 I generally like your takes and analysis- but this one sucks. If a coach in a long term contract with a team on the verge of a national championship run decides to screw over the kids and the school, it’s on him- not the calendar.

The people who set the CFB calendar should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. Ashamed Utter embarrassment and should 100% cost people their jobs.

Lane Kiffin isn’t the enemy here. The calendar in College Football is. It’s an absolute joke. Fix this crap NCAA. Playoffs, National Signing Day, Transfer Portal, all within the same month time frame. Just straight stupid!
