🚨‼️Confession is biblical, no doubt about that. But the Bible points me to confess my sins to God, not to another sinner behind a screen. 1 John 1:9 says He is faithful and just to forgive, not a priest. And Hebrews says we can come boldly to the throne of grace, not nervously to a booth. I get the tradition, but I’d rather go straight to the High Priest who actually shed His blood for me than explain it to someone who needs forgiveness just like I do.
