@paulg This should be a centralized platform for newsletters to hold conversations. Gated content with admin controls for the publisher. Readers are highly engaged and better informed. Already being done in a distributed way such as @stratechery forums.

I wonder if there is something halfway between Twitter and email. I don't know what that would even look like, but there may be; I suspect only a small part of the space of possibilities for forums has been explored.
