(1/2) IRCC cannot guarantee that students will receive a final decision on their application before the fall 2021 semester begins. Students who do not receive their study permit approval before the fall semester will be able to start their classes online outside Canada.

@CanadainIndia Totally a betrayal for students destined to Quebec. First they assured ti get result by March, than Jun, July, August and now,wait for even more, started classes online as IRCC said to cmplte the process in time,but w/o visa I have spend over 2 semester...Now nothing comes at end
