@FireBloke89 @bindelj There is a difference. You are not told to be ashamed of your sexual preference and you have never been (and likely never will) persecuted because of it.

What, exactly, are they being ‘proud’ about anyway?
As far as I can see, it’s a preference for a particular type of Rumpy-Pumpy
….so what? just get on with it, why make a fuss about your predilections?….the rest of us don’t.….and we don’t expect a month of ‘celebrations’ about ourselves either! 🙄

Understaffing nurses is associated with a higher risk of sickness absence, highlighting that adverse working conditions can contribute to absenteeism and staff shortages. ja.ma/4cIt8WD @ora_dall @workforcesoton

Why vital signs observations are delayed and interrupted on acute hospital wards: delays occur regardless of their clinical priority because other tasks are accorded more 'temporal status' even if clinical priority is lower .sciencedirect.com/science/articl…

@CarryPliers @TheRustler83 @OpenVAERS I’ve checked now - 1/3 is about right - a bit less than that but pretty close.
English

@workforcesoton @TheRustler83 @OpenVAERS Is 1/3 of England getting flu vaccines?
But yeah I like your idea

The vitriolic abuse directed at @jessphillips over the past few days is unwarranted and unacceptable.
It is an example of the culture of abuse and intimidation that has become commonplace in our political discourse, disproportionately impacting women and people of colour.

@CarryPliers @TheRustler83 @OpenVAERS I’ve not checked the data source - tbh although it looks too high. Only a small proportion of population get the vax under NHS & I doubt that many pay. Also notice the right axis is % of tests positive not number. In flu season things that look like flu are more likely to be flu
English

@CarryPliers @TheRustler83 @OpenVAERS Or we just need to see some different data. Two things happen in flu season - early on a lot of people get vaccines then a lot of people get flu. Are they the same people? Let's see rates of flu in vaccinated vs similar unvaccinated people - then we can talk.
English

@TheRustler83 @OpenVAERS A) the vaccines don’t work
B) the vaccines bring about flu
Or C) there’s some complexity that the plebs can’t understand (in italics for sarcasm)

@TomJoudrey This post and its replies serve as an object lesson in the fact that X is not a good place for nuance or irony…. I didn’t get the joke - but now I do (thanks another reply). It’s funny and clever but ‘man’ you’ve paid a heavy price!

@mdbuckley I’ve actually been struck by the amount of informed public debate there has been. My sense is that the debate in parliament- the first of several stages before anything passes into law - was informed by and reflected that public debate.

The disappearance of smallpox remains one of the great medical mysteries of our time.
Can't possibly think how it happened.
We must research this more. No proper studies were ever done. I just want more data.
