@vvictorman_uel I have no idea how to do that, but I'll see if I can figure it out after the New Years. Thank you for being interested. :)

@worldofhawk I’d love to stay in touch! I was wondering if pre-deletion you’d consider downloading your archive and running it through a website (I forget the exact details) to archive the links to your tweets since that’s what you get

That mashed potato powder stuff? That made up with hot water and oil then put on toast. It's a comfort food, weirdly enough.
Guido Birthday May 6th!!!@heyyguido
Anyone else have a food that you ate when you were poor as a child because it was cheap and still eat today not because it’s good but because of the nostalgia? Mine is Vienna sausages 😭

I know I'm just talking into the void, but here's my next youtube video. I made a 3D star map, it was pretty.

@ijustwanabethe1 How could any parent stand to hear their child screaming and begging like that and continue doing what it is they're begging them not to do?? I hope that kid gets away from their parent.

@Fr33Rang3 @bIockhousebay It's called racism. We have a racism problem amongst white NZers.
English

@bIockhousebay I don't get this, Karakia is a prayer ? Weather or not one believes, it's the intention of said prayer & the respect non believers show, thats sets the ball in motion towards a common unity. They talk about God in the NZ anthem, so why ? I am lost on this attitude.

@RustyRoj @FoxyLustyGrover Same thing happens to me when I talk about my controlled diet. Drives me nuts.

So many people will be watching this clip unable to comprehend this woman is fitter than them. Get an actual grip, fit and moving looks different on different bodies but fit is still fit.

These new Nike ads on Instagram are something else.

@LordFenrir6 @jessiegender How's about you educate yourself and read the UN's definition of genocide. Except for the rounding up & murdering (which we're not far off of), what's happening to trans people actually fits the international legal definition:
un.org/en/genocidepre…
English

@jessiegender There is no trans genocide. No one is coralling you up and sending you to camps, no one is hunting you down in the streets.
This is bogus.

@Nickyshearsby22 I've been in & out of the trad & indie publishing worlds for about 20 years. Trad publishers don't care about whether a book is good, they care only about profits. Adding a rubber stamp to Indies will simply be another gatekeeping measure. One that most Indie readers wouldn't use
English

Calling all self-published authors. There seems to be a stigma surrounding books coming from self-publishing that somehow denotes they aren't as good as traditionally published books.
If there was some kind of governing body to prove an SP book has been verified and quality approved, offering books a 'standards approved' logo, would you buy into the concept to attract readers?
English

@ThisIsCorey Maybe because if the word is out on its own without context people's brains associate it with something gross?
Moist, without context, makes my brain think of mould & mildew, pondscum. If you have a vivid imagination & no ability to tolerate discomfort, it's going to be gross.
English

@colecameron You're tone policing people who are incredibly worried, not only for themselves but vulnerable youth who, simply because their gender doesn't match their sex, are being told every day by people like PP that they deserve to be tortured & murdered. It's gross, dude. Gross.
English

@colecameron There are scores of youtube videos with full referencing, and websites with full referencing, that prove what they say about trans people are utter lies. But instead of doing your own research, you basically tell people whose lives are at risk that they're over reacting.

I am disappointed with what happened in Auckland yesterday at the #LetWomenSpeak rally. The news and imagery haven't traveled well, especially in the UK. There is plenty of fodder for weeknight political talk shows in the US to sink their teeth into in the coming days. I am doubtful any of it will be kind.
Having lived in Asia for a long time, a gap I struggle with between me and my own Kiwi culture is the inherent fascination with binary stances. The forces to choose between for/against, left/right, etc., loom large and little room exists for not being interested, not caring, or undecided. Fence-sitters are a special kind of filth, apparently, opposition in disguise.
Yesterday the signal was clear: if you weren't fully subscribed to the trans activism cause or showing disapproval for the British visitor, then you are a TERF [or worse]. I don't even know what that means, but I certainly get the drift that TERF club isn't the good one.
I am a filthy fence-sitter on the trans rights cause. I struggle with the toxicity, the extremes of for/against, and the inability to focus on more than one thing at a time. I don't see trans rights or other groups' rights as a competition where each must fight for their place at the top, displacing or diminishing others along the way. Rights supremacy is counterproductive.
In the last 24 hours since the #LetWomanSpeakAuckland "incident," I have seen a massive face-saving effort online, a clambering for the moral high ground. Fanatics of any stripe cannot fathom losing face but seldom have the China-Russia-esque skills to maneuver around one another without spilling the tomato juice. Fanaticism takes great energy. I am unsure how folks can be coaxed from their corners, but the status quo seems unsustainable.
Another aspect of Kiwi culture I struggle with is our selective acceptability of inherently wrong things. We have decided amongst ourselves there's 𝘨𝘰𝘰𝘥 and 𝘣𝘢𝘥 violence (𝘨𝘰𝘰𝘥 and 𝘣𝘢𝘥 child abuse is sub-category we struggle with). None of the altercations in Auckland yesterday were ok, be it the tomato juice delivery or the standover tactics of Destiny Church heavies. My resolve against haters and wreckers is solid with little regard for who you are or the nobility of your cause.
Others have covered the character of @ThePosieParker in all sorts of detail, but I will stick my neck out and say she does express a range of valid 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘤𝘦𝘳𝘯𝘴. What sometimes doesn't get across is these 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘤𝘦𝘳𝘯𝘴 are pretty mainstream. Parker is far more representative of women than anyone is brave enough to give her credit. I think all 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘤𝘦𝘳𝘯𝘴 [even the bonkers ones] must make it to the table for discussion and debate—we haven't a chance of all getting on the same page without allowing our curiosity to travel the full 360°, even through the jungly bits we don’t like.
I hope for a world where all men and women can be their authentic selves with a sense of purpose. I am less hopeful that this dog-eat-dog thing we have going on now is the best way to get there. 🇳🇿

English

@ThisIsCorey I wish I could have been there. But I'm proud too. :)
English

@sarahcbydesign It feels like the world is going insane. So weird.
English

@edgar_a_bitch Wait until Matt finds out how devastating it is to bury your family member because you refuse to let them live their authentic life on their own terms...
In all seriousness, I would be dead without T & top surgery. I think my family would be more upset about that.
