@deedeevertigo The constant rape in the Boys is why i stopped watching. It's bad for all the normal reasons rape as a plot device is bad, but it's so boring. You have a universe of amoral super heroes and the only thing you can think to do with them is rape, weird kinks and eating a baby once?

I think Rebecca sugars the boys would be better bc I dont think Sugar would spam rape as and sexual assault as a crutch for how bad the the supes are supposed to be and we could get more fucked up and interesting dynamics outside of relying on that.

@woshikawa @emmywayne64 Even without powers Superman is far from a normal guy as he's a master of Ki, and even without it he beat 4 alternative versions of Batman in pure hand2hand combat at the same time while completely depowered, one of those alternates being Owlman. So Compound V isn't gonna do much

Point is, there are a lot of different "World Cups" for a lot of different sports and I don't think it's a bad thing to refer to the event as FIFA.

This is obviously not the case for most Americans but I've taken to calling it "FIFA" occasionally because to me "The World Cup" is the ICC Men's Cricket World Cup (not to be confused with the ICC Men's T20 World Cup or the ICC Women's World Cup or the ICC Women's T20 World Cup)
