@ServiceNow It is a joke that I've asked numerous times for a call back in reference to your instructor-led courses but have yet to hear back. I've submitted emails, tweets, messages by other means for weeks now but no one has called me back. I'd like to pay for a course, folks?

@wowatnow @WeUseServiceNow Hello Friend, The question is, is there a prerequisite course to the course shown within the link you sent that I should take that is "instructor-led" before this. The course you listed is an Intermediate course, not a beginners course. I am not 100% sure. Thank you kindly, sir!

#ServiceNow tip of the week: if you're studying for a certification, it's helpful to take it one step at a time. 1️⃣ Choose just one topic or module to study per day 2️⃣ Dedicate 2-3 hours to it (max!) 3️⃣ Try not to mix multiple modules on one day Focusing really pays off!

@wowatnow @WeUseServiceNow Hello Ermal, I've completed many of the free courses, I'd like to become certified in SAM Pro if possible but I know I'll need to start with a Fundamentals Cert. Course, just not sure which to sign up for, I'd think it would be a 3-day Instructor-Led Course.
