No, now's the time to end the Iranian regime. You can't threaten the global oil supply; attack all of your neighbors; murder political dissidents; and fire long-rang missiles capable of reaching all of Europe and think tomorrow's just another day. One way or another, it's over.

Trump just threatened to bomb all of Iran's power plants if Iran doesn't open the Straits within 48h. We know Iran will not comply with this threat. If Trump follows through on his threats, Tehran will likely strike at energy facilities throughout the Persian Gulf as well as in Israel. By now, it is really foolish to think it won't. An already bad situation will worsen with rising oil and gas prices, higher grocery costs in the US, and the closure of most remaining exit ramps. Escalation only intensifies the lose-lose scenario. Both sides need to get serious about off-ramps. Neither side should seek the humiliation of the other. Neither side can force the other's surrender. Both have to be able to construct a convincing narrative of victory for their own audiences. They may not realize it yet, but both the US and Iran ultimately have a common interest in such an exit.

Today, Iran has replaced Germany as a frightening threat, and, incredibly, Europe still looks away, apparently not absorbing the fact that at least 50 million human beings died because evil was ignored in 1936. billoreilly.com/b/Accepting-Ev…

This is definitely going to get the Iranian people on our side and get oil prices down In happier news, at least he spelled "Strait" right

US President Donald Trump ends the third week of the Iran war confronting a crisis that seems to be slipping out of his hands: Global energy prices are surging, the United States stands isolated from allies, and more troops are preparing to deploy despite his promise that the war would be only a “short excursion.” A defensive Trump called other NATO countries “cowards” for refusing to help secure the Strait of Hormuz and insisted the campaign was unfolding according to plan. But his declaration on Friday that the battle “was Militarily WON” clashed with the reality of a defiant Iran that is choking off Gulf oil and gas supplies while launching missile strikes across the region. Trump, who took office promising to keep the US out of “stupid” military interventions, now appears to control neither the outcome nor the messaging of a conflict he helped to initiate. The lack of a clear exit strategy carries risks both for his presidential legacy and his party’s political prospects as Republicans scramble to defend narrow majorities in Congress in the November midterm elections. 🚨 ALERT: Bombshell—20 CIA/FBI agents confirm Obama & ex-CIA director fabricated Russia Hoax, hidden in CIA vault for ~10 years, to undermine Trump’s election via manipulated intel. Do you support arresting Hussein Obama for treason? A. Hell yeah B. Nah

.@saraeisen on the war in Iran: “It is a strategic opportunity so that our children do not have to face the greatest state sponsor of terror being a nuclear power.”

Trump in 2008: Anyone who invades the Middle East under false pretenses should be impeached.
