So the two things were:
1. Generally useful. More people should do this: low-dose isotretinoin. It's what celebrities do, and it's 99% of the workhorse here.
2. Useful in my case. I had redness, seemingly from demodex, and ivermectin cream (+ the isotret) ended that.
