There is a lot of frustration at the moment that Congress isn't keeping up with its job. @BPC_Bipartisan's @JDRackey, @popvoxfdn @DV_Stewart, @danielschuman, @mls1776, @Levin_Center, and others tell Congress it's partly because it doesn't have the resources to do it. If you have not returned your mail ballot and you want to vote in person, you have two options: 1. Bring your ballot packet, including the outer envelope, to your polling place to be voided. You can then vote ; OR 2. If you don’t have your mail ballot, you can vote by provisional ballot at your polling place. Your county elections office will verify that you didn’t vote by mail before counting your provisional ballot.

These policies have garnered broad, bipartisan support, and states with the highest levels of adoption vary demographically, geographically, and politically.   #Michigan and #RhodeIsland join #Colorado and #Georgia as the only states to meet 100% compliance.

Since 2022, @BPC_Bipartisan has tracked state adoption of 12 election policies that we think can serve as a minimum standard for elections. You might be surprised to hear some good news—adoption of these policies has mostly increased substantially!

Kudos to @sccvote and @tarrantelection, the largest counties to move to .gov in the last 2 years, with over 2M total registered voters!

NEW: Moving to a .gov website is the best thing that an election official can do to avoid being impersonated online. We found that the percentage of election websites using .gov increased from 25% to 31% in the last 2 years. Heartening, but there's a long way to go yet!

@kademian87 The "Alternative 2" option was renamed during the survey, making it two different pie slices here. Merging the two slices puts Alternative 2 at 13.1%. (It's the preferred option of me and my neighbors on Illinois Ave, but still clearly doesn't have the votes.)

Our survey results strongly support Alternative 1, at around 75% of neighbor votes for this plan to one block of 5th st south of Grant Circle and convert Illinois Ave south of the circle to a two way street
