@HM_Passport I would need to send DM and i haven't received a response to one i've sent 3 weeks ago. If someone pays for the secure delivery, how return of the supporting documents can be tracked? I hope this is a general question :)

Can I use the same app number to track my supporting documents? if i don't received anything from TNT I won't be able to track nor have idea where my documents are. it's not case specific but general info so no DM needed? :) 2/2

@g33ksupport @HM_Passport I didn't receive any info but checked tracking on TNT's website and as of 5:30 am it was out for delivery. Passport arrived thought the letter box around 9 am. So it's been 3 days from 'on its way' to delivery. 1/2

@HM_Passport Hi, How can I track the delivery of my passport. It was posted to me a week ago (I live in Portugal). I have no way of tracking or telling where it is. I contacted the passport office, but they haven't responded. The tracking links online all require a UK postcode.

@HM_Passport is there a delay on sending back original documents? I’ve had my passport but not my documents.

@g33ksupport @HM_Passport If nothing comes up it means they don't have it yet. With supporting documents you have to speak with the passport office as the timeline is a bit random. I've noticed some people haven't received them back since December. Funny thing, this is special TNT delivery service..

@g33ksupport @HM_Passport Lady said it roughly 5ish days from passport office on its way email. But also said you might not receive notification at all if Passport office hasn't provided them with your email. Told me to check tracking website. Use post code and passport app number for the app numer 1/2

@HM_Passport how can I track delivery, it's been 9 days since it was printed and posted and not heard a thing since and customer support hasn't responded.

@FedExEurope @KyleDickerson1 What is my consignment number? TNTs is 9 digits whereas as per other tweets apparently consignment number is passport application number less pex and spaces is 10 digits.

@HM_Passport how long does it take for TNT to deliver a passport? Printed and sent 21/02 and TNT tracking hasn’t updated with scans since - phoned TNT (@FedExEurope), they told me to phone you and you told me to phone them back 🤷🏻‍♂️🤦🏻 just want to know where my passport is lol 😅

@HM_Passport TNT delivered passport to abandoned property and have confirmed irretrievable. Have spoken to gen enq, cust serv, lost/stolen, apps in process and delivery department and NOONE can help arrange a replacement. I travel in Mar. Who do I need speak to to resolve.

@Nzsa12 Based on your tweet i take you applied for the first British Passport (naturalization). how long did it take from 'documents received' to application approved and then to send and receipt of your passport? apparently sup docs take long to get them back, see other tweets. thanks!

@AntonioMinkov @HM_Passport Yes you can. You need to access your settled status account and replace passport used for the settle application for the valid ID card. You can then travel to EU and back UK. Replacing document is a crucial part so make sure you've done it.

@HM_Passport In other words,what happens to the settled status in between the time a UK passport application is submitted to HMPO and actually receiving the UK passport? Shall I link my settled status to my ID card so I can still be able to return to the UK if I travel to the EU?

@HM_Passport I'm an EU citizen w settled status & applied for 1st UK passport with naturalisation certificate and EU passport but not received it yet. At what point do I lose my settled status & can I travel to EU with my ID card in the meantime? Thanks!

@wurbanski88 @makeupbytarank @HM_Passport Took mine 9 days from received as per Royal Mail and showing received on their system and another week to get to approved. Printed and sent soon after but waiting now for delivery

@humbletrader91 @makeupbytarank @HM_Passport good question, how long to marked received and approved? :) it seems entire process is a bit random. Some receive passport and sup documents out of the blue, some just struggle to receive anything, or new arrives whereas docs not there, or the opposite.
