I’ve never flown first class and I really don’t see the appeal. It doesn’t even look much different. I’m not going to eat/drink on the plane anyway. There’s a bit more leg room which is certainly somewhat appealing but not the difference of first class and economy appealing. What am I missing?

@AaronHectorCFP The answer is RRSP due to RRSP Spousal Account, income splitting with spouse capability with greater contribution limits.

If you knew with certainty that your effective marginal tax rate (income tax + benefits) in retirement would be identical to what it is today… would you save in a TFSA or a RRSP if you couldn’t fund both? (No split amounts. It’s an all or nothing question).
