Ridiculous pension tax bill. Aged 49, 14 yrs as a Consultant Trauma Orthopaedic surgeon 26 yrs in NHS. a tax bill greater than what I have paid into the pension over the yr. Time to retire / reduce hrs / leave uk and work abroad @goldstone_tony @theresecoffey @KwasiKwarteng

Symptomatic hallux valgus & bunionette. I’m sure MIS has a great deal to offer, but I haven’t made the change as yet. Open surgery might not be en vogue, but anatomical correction readily achieved. Scarf & reverse scarf osteotomies. Sesamoids reduced & no Akin required…
