This law in fact is true it did go into effect, but the newspaper headline is Clickbait. It’s kind of distorting things. In fact you only have to report it if you’re leaving for more than three months …you could leave without requesting permission if you you won’t be gone more than three months

CASH IS KING. BUT PASSPORT IS QUEEN 🇩🇪 Germany quietly changed conscription laws. Now, any man between 17 and 45 years old needs a permit from the German military to leave the country for more than 3 months. I've been warning you: a mobility freeze (like what they already did with endless lockdowns) is comparable to a cash seizure. So if you're a wealthy European, get yourself a Plan B passport and Bitcoin in self-custody.

@haugejostein Good health care? Take paracet, come back when you are really dying. Education? The class goes at the pace of the dumbest kid, smart kids are bored and unstimulated. Leisure time is free? What a joke, everything costs money except walks in the snow

The things rich people in the US spend a huge chunk of their money on — good healthcare, education for their kids, and more leisure time — are provided free of charge in Norway.
Mike Oskam@MikeOskam

@haugejostein But you will never get rich in Norway. 🤷‍♂️

strategy holds $50 billion worth of btc the problem: it's not really worth $50B if @saylor ever tries to sell, he'll get no more than $20B for it. probably less every additional dollar he puts into btc from now on is lost forever. he already has more btc than he can ever sell

My newest stupid idea is we should merge the Scandinavian languages. Let’s invent a new one that’s basically the average language. Mandate that it’s used for all public broadcasts. People would learn it in a few months. 25M speakers.

My father is 83 years old and has studied US stocks for almost 52 years. He summarized some simple rules for beginners: 1. Price falls 5% → Hold 2. Price falls 15% → Buy 10% 3. Price falls 25% → Buy 25% 4. Price rises 5% → Continue holding 5. Price rises 15% → Continue holding 6. Price rises 25% → Sell 10% 7. Price rises 35% → Sell 20% 8. Price rises 45% → Sell 30% 9. Price rises 60% → Sell 40% 10. Price rises 100% → Sell everything Discipline + patience = stable long-term growth. (Save this later).

@joakial_ No commitment. This is why you will lose to France and Senegal. But really, though - it's probably a very good idea not to extend alcohol until 6am. Legalize weed instead.

A majority of Norwegians oppose the government’s plan to extend alcohol serving hours during the World Cup: 49% are against serving until 6 a.m., while 42% support it, according to a Respons Analyse poll for Aftenposten.

In 2013, I was a 20-year-old making gaming videos in Norway. In 2023, I sold one of the biggest esports organizations in the world. In 2026, I'm writing this from a café in Tokyo. Three chapters. One common thread. Chapter one started with a webcam and zero expectations. Built a YouTube channel to 200K subscribers when "gaming content" wasn't yet a career path. Just a Norwegian kid who loved games and figured out how to talk about them. Chapter two got serious. Founded Heroic Group, scaled it into a globally recognized esports organization, landed in Forbes, and sold my way out. The kind of decade that looks linear in hindsight but felt like controlled chaos while living it. Eight years since I was active on social media. Eight years of building behind the scenes, advising companies, moving to Tokyo, and figuring out what comes next when you've already done the thing you set out to do. Chapter three is Noobwork's return. A brand built on everything I learned through gaming, business, and personal reinvention. Tokyo lifestyle meets creator strategy meets the lessons you only get by starting over. This isn't a pivot. It's a continuation. If you're building something that doesn't fit neatly into one category, you're probably onto something. 🎮

Why did gold fall 27% in less than 2 months? I thought a store of value is supposed to have a stable price Does this mean gold is no longer a store of value?

Simple, everywhere looks the same when you're in the middle of a desert. The wind covers your footprints overnight also. So in order for the travelers to not get lost, they sleep within the circle which serves as a compass, with their walking sticks pointing towards the direction they are headed, so once they wake up they continue in the direction the stick is pointing. There might be other reasons but this is what a friend who once tried to enter Europe through the desert shared as an experience.

Imagine you had to choose your life at age 40: Option A: Single. No kids. 100 BTC in cold storage. A penthouse in Miami. Your own business run your way. A Porsche 911. You check Bitcoin before bed, and wake up to total silence. Option B: Married. 3 kids. 5 BTC locked away for the family. House in the suburbs. A job you truly love. A Toyota Corolla You explain Bitcoin at the dinner table and tuck your kids in at night. Be honest, which life are you choosing?

@0xReflection The actual truth In 2021 : Bitcoin at 67k was MASSIVELY overheated and a huge risk to buy. In 2026 : At 67k its at the most oversold levels in its history and a massive oppurtunity. Its in bad faith to not point this out

My favourite falafel spot is Jamal’s Falafel in Oslo. Today I tried their “mix falafel”, a wrap packed with crispy and soft falafel, baba ganoush, pomegranate, hummus, parsley pickles, tomato, reddish, mint and tahini dressing. And I was called boss. Highly recommend!
