@Wario64 I'd spend a little extra and get the S2 version. "Switch 2 Pro controller has 2 re-mappable triggers on the back, C button for Chat, and a headphone jack to connect wired headphones to the controller." It can also charge nearly twice as fast.

Ghouls 'n Ghosts for Mega Drive (Capcom/1989) is considered an accurate representation of the arcade experience, especially given the limitations of home hardware at the time. Programmed by Yuji Naka (before his work on Sonic the Hedgehog), he worked on reducing the code to fit in a 5-megabit (5 MEGA POWER) cartridge.

@ChaiDeluxe The SNES I bought in 1991 for $200 is the equivalent of $484.89 today. (USD) In addition to the SSD/Ram increase people like to pretend we haven't had a huge inflation spike since 2020. $60 in 2017 (S1 launch) is $80 today and that doesn't factor in higher dev cost.

Nintendo has really handled the price increase best out of anyone. Xbox and Sony just went "fuck you" and increased the price exponentially. Nintendo kept it as low as they still can, and now bundle the console with a free game.
