@BoBbyPleWniaK $tsla has actually held up fantastic to be honest. 🤔

Chamath is the non-stop mouthpiece for this merger.
As a large SPCX shareholder, he has a problem he wants Elon to fix.
Rather than take the W on his SPCX 25X return (like he did with his Tesla trade in 2021), and give up half of his money to cap gains, he wants Elon to help all SPCX shareholders by rolling it into the next trade (TSLA) tax-free.

🚨 Breaking NEWS! @chamath just said on CNBC He thinks $SPCX would have to pay a 50% Premium to acquire $TSLA. This IMO is again them leaking out and normalizing the inevitable merger!

You can't tax rich people on unrealized gains from stocks because "it's not real money until it's sold."
So explain to me why my property taxes keep going up based on the unrealized value of my house?
I didn't sell it, didn't cash out and didn't even make a profit.
But somehow I'm paying taxes on paper gains every single year.
Interesting how "unrealized gains" only become a problem when wealthy folks are involved.

@TedPillows Have you ever asked yourself wtf $tao is actually doing for anybody?

@BoBbyPleWniaK Was the timing of $spcx ipo a diversion for insiders to by $Tsla before release?
English

@StockSavvyShay She bought again!? She must know something that we don’t. Though, at $137 $SPCX is more attractive than it was a few weeks ago.

$SPCX most of the shares are still in their lockup period. As they unlock, they release more supply, putting more selling pressure on the share price. Somewhere near the end of the year 2026, when Elon could sell shares but demonstrates he won’t, could be the tric technical bottom for the share price.
Typically, 50% of the IPO price is where I like to see real bottoming and support.
That’s just a rule of thumb, and that’s looking at most other IPO patterns. $SPCX isn’t like your typical IPO and so the pattern may vary.
But if I should see $75 a share for $SPCX, I will buy and never let go.

@davidpattersonx Only if you want the autonomous service though….

Soon, your home may not have:
a kitchen because you will eat out or order in every meal
a washer and dryer because you will send your laundry out to be washed, dried, and folded
a lawnmower because a service will take care of your lawn and garden
a garage because you will rely on autonomous taxis and rental cars
a humanoid robot because a service with humanoid robots will do your house cleaning
All of this becomes possible when AI and robots reduce the cost of labor to less than $1 per hour.
