I show up in battle. Most of us who seen combat and did all the killing rarely talk about it. I battled many demons over the years on a path to a healthy happy life; and I'm happy to announce I'm finally there.🙂 Hacking 100% saved my life. It gave me purpose in the civilian world, which I didn't understand or even like when I first got out of the army. Hackers showed me how cool civilians could be. I was surrounded by smart people again. I had purpose again. I was finally having fun!🙂 As Remembrance Day approaches, I'm thinking of friends we lost in combat. They all look so young looking back at their photos now in my 40's. I'm thinking of the people we lost as they tried to adjust back to the civilian world afterwards as well. To those still suffering from PTSD and physical wounds, you will be in my thoughts.
