Going by the ages given on @DambustersBlog, the average Dambuster was between 23 & 24 years old. The Lancaster crew with the oldest average age was AJ-A (26.2), whilst the youngest average age went to the crew of AJ-C (21.2). The youngest airman was 18; the oldest airman was 37!
