For those on the fence regarding whether @Conste11ation $DAG is really backed by the Federal Government, here are some documents provided by the U.S. Blockchain Coalition (USBC). This document is from 2024, and it is pretty much a State of the Union for Web3. In 2017 the future was painted with visions of how blockchain would replace the financial industry and the rails it operates. Nearly 10 years later we are demystified by blockchain and are saying that AI will replace everything out there. These are not competing technologies. In fact, @Conste11ation preached about the convergence narrative long before it started to come into practice. Through our acquisition, we are quickly productizing the blockchain/AI overlap to embed across existing industries to improve data pipelines, workflows, and ultimately enhance productivity. As I have said over the years, this isn't a competition between chains, chains competing for pure open source developer adoption of their ecosystem will lose to the AI movement. From an economic perspective, this is isolationism, and isolationism doesn't pull on outside resources to create a booming economic. We don't live in this world. Over a year ago, we saw this coming and are excited for the new wave with AI^2. It is allowing us to cross-pollinate our technology and open new doors for us to thrive. We aren't a bloated ecosystem or company, and this is where we will thrive because we can flourish in adapting to the future and predict new markets and move quickly.

When it comes to official government adoption in the US... Few do so as well as $DAG has. Only recently we've begun to see a focus on regulated US blockchain adoption. The truth is that @Conste11ation has been doing this before blockchain was really mainstream. And not just with small scaled US government affiliated parties either. But at the highest level. With the US Department of Defense itself. Since 2019 Constellation's been working with the #1 defense force on Earth through an SBIR contract. This led to them being one of few companies to have received a direct grant to Phase II in 2021. By now Constellation was building with key constituents of the US DoD. From the US Air Force itself, to US TRANSCOM, 618 Civil Reserve Air Fleet & many others. The common goal? A secure confidental verified data pipeline for defense grade communications. On top of this, a key focus is around interoperability and synchronizing the countless moving parts across the robust defense system. Since then Constellation has only continued to expand on building this vision. And they're no longer doing it alone. But rather with key US DoD partners like SIMBAChain, Splunk, Kinnami & more. While most of crypto was in the wild west, Constellation was establishing themselves quietly behind the scenes. These days it's no longer just the US DoD either. Retail getting washed out. Crypto becoming institutional playground. The shift is obvious now. Winners won't be loud narratives. Winners = projects institutions can actually plug into. Data. Credit. Settlement. Compliant yield. Stable rails. Most down 80-90% from ATH and positioned for institutional adoption. 7 crypto projects institutions are already using: @chainlink - Oracle + messaging layer institutions already rely on. Pricing, proof-of-reserves, NAV feeds, cross-chain settlement, all the boring stuff that becomes mandatory once real assets and real size move onchain. @aave - DeFi money markets, but with risk tooling that looks familiar to big capital. Deep liquidity, clear collateral mechanics, and a track record that matters when institutions model risk instead of chasing APY. @OndoFinance - Tokenized Treasuries and structured yield products designed for compliant capital. It’s basically a bridge between TradFi yield demand and onchain distribution. @worldlibertyfi - More of a distribution and stablecoin rails bet than a “DeFi protocol” bet. If they manage to push USD1-style products into real counterparties and integrations, it becomes one of those projects institutions interact with because it’s politically and operationally legible. @avax - One of the more institution-friendly ecosystems because of how flexible deployment can be (custom environments, permissioning, performance). If institutions want onchain rails without fully living on public mainnet constraints, AVAX is a common path. @StellarOrg - Payments and settlement network that’s already built around institutional integrations. It’s not trying to be everything, it’s focused on moving value and issuing assets in a way financial players can work with. @centrifuge - RWA and private credit infrastructure. Bringing invoices, credit, and structured assets onchain in a way that allocators and originators can actually use, not just speculate on.
