The question was simple: pro-Israel lobbies and their donors have spent $4.5 million on your campaigns. Why? Slotkin’s response wasn’t to answer the question. She suggested the student was conflating pro-Israel lobbying money with Jewish people. Nobody said anything about Jewish people. The student asked about $4.5 million in lobbying money from groups supporting a foreign government’s military policy. That is not antisemitism. That is a campaign finance question.
