The FACE Act makes it a federal crime for anyone to “interfere with or attempt to injure, intimidate or interfere with any person lawfully exercising or seeking to exercise the First Amendment right of religious freedom at a place of religious worship,”. Don Lemon clearly violated it when he and others interfered with an active service, disrupted worship through chanting and confrontations, and used intimidation against congregants.
