I want to give a big thank you to all the coaches who have spent their time recruiting me, it’s been a big blessing. With that being said, my recruitment has closed and I will be making an official announcement in the coming days.

Past week recap: 7.00 55m (first time) 55m time converts to around a 7.54 60m, which is a new PR by 0.15 sec 24.58 200m 3:37.20 4x4 (number 2 4x4 in KY, Adidas National qualifying time)

Opened up the season with a new 400PR of 50.42 and also setting a new meet record as well as a KY#1 time

It’s a blessing to be a blessing! Spent about 3 hours early this morning helping transport and fill near a thousand boxes of lunchboxes for the upcoming national COGIC (Church of God in Christ) Leadership Conference!

@MikeCunningham not 100% sure what specific blocks they were, but the meet was at Vanderbilt so it was whatever blocks they use there

This past weekend, I put up a new 60m pr with a 7.69. Not my strongest race, but you gotta love to see a pr in the first meet since July!! Also ran .3 seconds off my 200m time with it being my first time on a flat track + first time in those specific blocks.
