And with this, Rocket League officially becomes the most skill-based esport in the world. The very last element of randomness is gone. Every other title has at least a factor of randomness, RL now has literally none. This is awesome.

@TBSRelic @iaknaes @Wario64 PC discounts arent nearly as good as they were in the 2010s. It's over hyped at this point. Steam sales really arent any better than Xbox and Playstation anymore. The key selling sites are they only edge cases and consoles have the flexible pricing of retail and second hand

@Neo_Kaiser @CeeElBeeeeee @Wario64 The reality is that groundbreaking typically means you do something that hasnt been done before. Destiny wasnt that by a long shot. Borderlands and Warframe beat it to the punch.

@Neo_Kaiser @CeeElBeeeeee @Wario64 Reach was basically a test bed for Reach's concepts. It had a custom character for the main story. The armor abilities were similar to the supers.
Destiny's combat and movement were really similar because it used a suped up version of the Reach engine.

@Neo_Kaiser @Wario64 Destiny 1 was groundbreaking & destiny 2 launched to fair reception. What did Destiny 2 in was the Sony acquisition and the failure to maintain quality content while also going against everything the community asked for.
