Keeping testes internal creates a massive cancer risk. Unlike ovaries, testicles exposed to constant core body heat have a significantly higher risk of turning malignant. Because they’d be buried deep internally, you can't feel them to do routine cancer screenings. Also, @xcagednation, saying bodies 'aren't designed' to have parts removed sounds a lot like a transphobic talking point used to invalidate gender-affirming care. Modern medicine isn't about rigid 'natural design' - it's about health and quality of life. We safely remove appendices or wisdom teeth all the time, and an orchiectomy is just a standard, safe medical procedure for gender affirmation and long-term peace of mind.
