Attended the Microsoft Agentic AI session today and it was really fun. We got hands-on with building AI flows using OpenAI client and understanding how these systems handle conversations.
Refreshed my brain on RAG and also transcribed a customer complaint, broke it down, structured the response in JSON then converted it back to speech. We got recommendation to use @YarnGPT_ai . Big ups @saheedniyi_02
