English

@VBkramnik @JoshNoLook man this is worst than an AI slop.
btw @VBkramnik I always wanted to ask, Danya was the first victim of you who died? Or there was other victims before him? I'm just asking you know...
English

@JoshNoLook @xgg_so I am also concerned about David, but must defend my name against false attacks, I did everything to solve issues with him peacefully. Still hope he will retract his untrue words, but it created too much damage to me and my family to leave it without response
English

@JoshNoLook @VBkramnik Hope is dangerous. There is no internet access in prison.
English

@VBkramnik I'd like to see you in prison for multiple reasons.
@FBI, @INTERPOL_Cyber, @US_CYBERCOM pls keep an eye on @VBkramnik, as his online presence and actions clearly harmful to our society. Thanks for your service!

FYI: If you hope you can use this as an evidence to your mental condition and use that as an excuse to avoid jail you need to try harder!

Aronian on Kramnik: "He’s in a place where I think he needs professional help. I don’t think he’s open to changing his opinion." indianexpress.com/article/sports…
English

@ProfessaTed @VBkramnik @WesleySo_ We should just revoke his title and ignore him. Hopefully @INTERPOL_Cyber will do the rest and he will pay for what he did.
English

@VBkramnik @WesleySo_ Here is another example of Kramnick showing no remorse after relentlessly harassing someone to death. He has shown continually he is a cruel and heartless person who only cares about himself.
English

Just to add my 2 cents. I think and in my opinion Kramnik's response to Daniel's passing was cold and heartless. I didn't want to say anything in the beginning because it is not my place and Vlad has always been great towards me but things have gotten too far. In my personal view what was done and happened to Naroditsky was just shockingly and disturbingly evil and horrific. You wouldn't wish that to happen to your worst enemy. Let's say for a moment that Danya cheated (which I never believed). Would it be worth it to ruin a beautiful young life over a game? What was his soul worth?
@VBkramnik , are you done? Maybe its not too late to just stop and fix/make things better. You are a living legend to this game. The chess world is not your enemy.

Human life and dignity are fundamental values shared by all of us. While we hold deep respect and love for the game of chess that unites our community, these values must always come first.
In recent times, public debate within the chess world has too often moved beyond the boundaries of acceptable, harming not only people’s reputation but their very well-being. When this happens, discussions can turn into harassment, bullying, and personal attacks — a particularly serious concern in today’s environment.
The chess community has long respected the achievements of GM Vladimir Kramnik, and his contributions to our sport are undeniable. The same high standards that accompany great achievements, however, also confer a responsibility to uphold the principles of fairness and respect and to be ambassadors for the sport.
Therefore, I, along with the FIDE Management Board, will formally refer all relevant public statements made by GM Vladimir Kramnik — both before and after the tragic death of GM Daniel Naroditsky — to the FIDE Ethics and Disciplinary Commission for independent consideration.
At the same time, I reaffirm that FIDE will take appropriate action in any case where a lack of respect, public harassment, or bullying is observed within the chess community. We all share responsibility for ensuring that our sport remains a space of integrity, respect, and humanity — values that must always prevail over hostility and division.
Arkady Dvorkovich (@advorkovich), FIDE President

English

@ChessProblem FIDE needs to revoke his title. Then do additional steps to prevents nonsense like these. I hope he will go to prison soon.
English

Anna, thanks for the fair point. Today when so many people are annoyed with Kramnik, it looks like a very natural solution. But it requires a rather massive shift. If FIDE is to proactively interfere, then where it starts, and where it ends? Much more complex that it seems. Very few advocated for going after Magnus in the Hans story. Right? There were myriads of other, even if less notable cases - where we draw the line with the proactive approach? My favorite author, Robert Sheckley has a story on it. "Watchbird". Although we are rather in a Catch-22...
English

Dear friends,
Reading your comments to my previous tweet, I realized that it should have been clearer and more responsible.
It was obviously not aimed at Danya's close friends or God forbid family. I was referring to people who now refer to themselves as friends, but did very little to help. It did annoy me, and does annoy now. I never had a privilege to call Danya a friend, but I acknowledge that FIDE also could and should have done better.
We need to look into our policies, and probably not to wait for a formal complaint, but to step in and protect the people in such a situations. Very difficult to balance it all, but we will do our utmost.
On a personal level: the news of Danya's passing shocked me. It triggered a lot of feelings, and maybe I was too emotional writing about it. And emotions are rarely a good companion of wisdom.
English

@EmilSutovsky I'll help MY FRIEND
instead of nonsense tweets just FINALLY take responsibility and highlight in clear points what will you do the upcoming days to protect the scene against cyber criminals like @VBkramnik
English

@EmilSutovsky funny how you start your tweet with "Dear Friends" while accusing others who used this term.
btw FIDE is just a centralized bullshit with clowns. Kramnik just a nobody/criminal who follows Putin like propaganda books to farm attention for selfish and inhuman reasons.
