There's so much more work to do if we want to make 2030 a reality. I offered a friend the chance to test drive a Tesla overnight. I knew it would be a no but asked anyway. She lives in a mid terrace and just can't see it as an option because of charging. So much to do!!

@yuppiestmatt @au_tom_otive Thanks for the reply. I guess my worry was I’d get a car of this age and I’d be lumbered after 2 or 3 years having to replace an expensive battery or have to sell at a stupidly low price.

Oof. Less than £10k for a 33kWh i3 BEV. My view is that these will be more desirable than the REX in the long run. Heck of a lot of EV for the money! I could happily do 30-40,000 miles a year in one of these.

Heat pumps don't work! oh no, sorry - this one turn 1kwh of elec into 3.6kwh of heat. They're pretty magic. Every article slagging them off is a sign of the fear of the fossil fuel lobby (custs with heat pumps more satisfied than those with gas boilers)
