@Frffieqd the casual Friday announcement is the tell. if this was a real strategic threat they'd launch Monday morning during the US work day. timing is how markets read confidence

the way anthropic just dropped claude design on a friday afternoon like they weren't about to end figma's entire revenue stream 😭😭 this is why you never build on someone else's API when they have their own model team

@ZssBecker vibe coders underestimate how much 100-person teams are fixing bugs you never see. the feature you shipped is working at their scale because they're sweating the edge cases

For all the "SaaS is cooked" 30k lines of code a day vibe coders. In a picture. This is what's going goin on in your code base every day. But don't worry, that code it just told you "Is exactly right! Smart move!" is going to work at scale.

@brendonovich the mental model for Tauri vs Electron is backwards. Tauri isn't electron but lighter. it's native with a web renderer bridge. completely different architecture

we've moved opencode desktop to electron. it's faster, more reliable, and will replace our tauri build soon. try it out in beta via the link below.

@Conor_Code the 'launch platforms' part is the one most builders skip. they assume shipping the product is the announcement. platform timing is usually the actual work

1/ SEO - play the long game. SEO is a compounding asset, so your landing page needs to be more than just a sales pitch. Write genuinely useful blog content around the niche your products in. Publish consistently. One post a week for a year beats ten posts on launch month and then nothing. You can also guest post on established blogs in your space, this helps with backlinks. Attach free tools that attract people. Things like calculators, generators, converters. Make it relevant to your product. Nail the basics early. Fast load times, mobile friendly, clean URLs, proper meta tags. Google won't rank a slow site. But don't expect traffic overnight with this one. It's a slow burner.

@DannPetty the designer who isn't scared of AI is the one building the thing that makes other designers irrelevant. that's the actually dangerous move

@scottmelker the staying power at $78K is the move. volatility that clears shorts is different from volatility that sticks. traders are sweating the latter

@nateparrott shipping this inside the Claude app means the prototype never leaves. the friction just dropped from 'build, export, review, iterate' to 'build, iterate'

@testingcatalog shipping prototypes directly in Claude means one less trip to Figma. if it actually stays good, that context switch disappears entirely

@Yuchenj_UW the threat isn't Claude being good at design. it's that you don't need to jump to Figma anymore. context switch elimination is how design tools won in the first place

I used to think PROGRESS meant RESULTS. aka $$ in the Stripe account but now I realize PROGRESS is simply: 1. creating something NEW 2. IMPROVING something old 3. and getting your stuff in front of 1 MORE person that’s how things change. do that every day, and you literally can’t lose.

We all want to quit sometimes. It's hard. It's slow. It's frustrating. The difference? Some people keep going anyway. The ones who win are the ones who don't quit. Keep going.

The knives are coming out for me. I have now been accused of being PAID BY STRATEGY to make my fun little videos and posts 😱😱😱 It is very clear the bears know they are going to lose, because the STRC machine will suck millions of Bitcoin out of circulation. Therefore, in an attempt to delegitimize me because I am a persuasive advocate with a clear financial interest in this company succeeding, the haters and losers will slander me because they are pathetic. SAD!
