I’ve tried to stick with @SkyUK for @skytv but the prices are hiked constantly and miles off new customer rates - the internet is diabolically poor, connectivity between Q-boxes hopeless & dropping out

@XiaomiUK I've asked your tech help and they said I need to send it in but the timescale for repair was weeks and I would have to buy a phone whilst it was getting repaired so it was not worth the hassle

@EXOshak262@XiaomiUK@xujieyunxiaomi The camera hardware failed after 6 months so basically I've paid a 2 year contract for a phone that's not working I would have sent it off for repair but it was something like 5 weeks and the paperwork was horrendous to fill out
@XiaomiUK I've DM you quite a few times the issue is that I've not had a camera for 18 months of my 24 month contract it's abysmal I've wasted £500 on a phone contract with a phone that does not work but all you say is DM us jesus I'm done
