After seeing a lot of CM fud happen in CT for a while, time to give some tips: > Clear project details = less confusion. > Reward supportive communities with valuable spots. > No surprise changes, always communicate updates early. > Collab instructions should be simple and easy to understand. > Rejecting a community, give a reason, respect goes both ways. > Always acknowledge when you receive the wallets from a community. > Respond to DMs on one platform (Discord or Twitter), speed = efficiency. > Inform communities about key dates in collab group chats (mint date, mint price, utilities). > Control your spots, ensure they go to the right hands, founder level deals are safer and more valuable. > Track everything in a well formatted Google Sheet to collect data, professional and great for presenting results (will share template next tweet). > Stay humble, you are paid to deliver, no ego, no matter how hyped the project is. Sad to read this announcement. My journey with NFT Paris came to an end almost two months ago, after three intense years. I experienced great moments, strong challenges, and had the chance to work closely with a community I genuinely loved and deeply respected. I’m proud of what I built — the growth, the international reach, the level of speakers, and the trust earned over time. Those achievements reflect the collective effort and commitment of many talented people. That said, this outcome cannot be explained by the market alone. Recent events only reinforced something I strongly believe in: no ambitious project can thrive without solid structure, long-term commitment, and real consideration for the people who make it possible day after day. I’m closing this chapter with clarity, grateful for what I’ve learned about the ecosystem, about others, and about myself. I’m now officially open to new opportunities where I can invest my energy, experience, and ambition with alignment and purpose.
