They discovered a "consistent pattern of spikes just hours, or sometimes minutes, before a social media post or media interview was made public." In other words, Trump is manipulating the markets and exploiting the vast powers of the Oval Office to enrich himself and his cronies. He has turned the White House into a Trump casino — and he's stacking the deck every hand. Mass prosecutions are the only way out of this institutional crisis.
