I'm creating a software similar, and I'm happy I came across these. It's a surely must-have, but for existing or proven companies, having to leave your invoicing panel just to handle basic shipping/tracking is such a massive waste of time. It feels like these big platforms are built by committees who have never actually had to ship a product to a client or manage a real daily workflow.

@QuickBooks @QBCares All any business needs is USPS, UPS and FedEX easily accessible from the invoice panel in QBO. Why are your computer engineers so unknowledgeable about how business operates?

@4_my_eyesonly @QuickBooks @QBCares The fact that standard software forces you to sort by internal input date instead of actual billing dates is so backwards. It makes simple reporting a total headache.

@QuickBooks @QBcares Hello! I’m really frustrated that invoices aren’t being saved in the way I organize them. If I print, or send an invoice to someone else for the month, it isn’t organized by date order. It’s organized by the input date. It’s so annoying and embarrassing to send to customers😭

Everyone in this comment section doesn't get it. You can't just put a link to what you offer and leave; you don't get clients by saying "I have this app or software." You get clients or users by solving a problem, and you go to where they are, not dropping it in every comment section of a post.

A few months ago: 0 users. 0 subscribers. $0 MRR. Today: 38 subscribers. $118 MRR. Still feels unreal.

Don't just start building blindly. Do research and survey potential clients before launch. Most people build and launch and start thinking about marketing. It's the opposite: first verify your client, and you build simultaneously as you find them. So you don't burn all your capital and give up before getting rewarded.
