Quarantining malware is cool, but what if you bite it?

@saltyAom I see people comparing Typebox with Validbot, Zod, etc; But Elysia supports standard schema, so I think the question they’re trying to scope for is “should Elysia come with Elysia.t or not in v2”, not which validator to support…

@AleksVilong Seems there is more effort put into the "production" of the video, than the actual app itself. Not shitting on the creator, but SWE is still not a "AI can do it all" solution yet. Doing OS level system edits for "perf" is dangerous if you don't know WHAT you're doing beforehand.

@saltyAom I assume that’s in addition to still gaining performance from whatever Bun does under the hood?

At this pace, once Elysia 2 is complete, it will wipe out the entire framework performance war Elysia HTTP throughput is already at the top What’s lacking now is start up time, and memory usage and Elysia 2 will fix that
SaltyAom@saltyAom

Elysia 2α (incomplete) apply plugins ~23x faster, ~13.5x less memory than Elysia 1.4 ~7x faster, ~22x less memory than Hono 4.12.4 Full build: ~58x faster, ~22.5x less memory than Elysia 1.4 ~8x faster, ~12.5x less memory than Hono 4.12.4

“I’ve thrown away more money than you’ll see in your fucking lifetime” - @theo Selective quote, but I don’t think you should be talking down to your audience like this, even to haters. Comm’s like that present urself as douche & fuels trolls to do it more. Just ignore them.

We've re-built Conductor from scratch to make it twice as fast. Creating tabs, switching workspaces, and rendering files are all 50% faster, memory usage is lower, and the app is 150 MB smaller. Introducing Conductor Allegro!

I miss SourceFed & Table Talk :( I love the PDS, it’s one of my main news outlets, but SF hit different.

TLDR: We have a context window too, but we can’t do /compact or /new. Switching sessions costs something mentally. If we allow ourselves to be overwhelmed with nonsense while focusing on a given task, we ruin our output quality to the agent, making the agent output quality worse.

To be clear, when I say a “human harness”, I mean building interfaces where we don’t give the dopamine hit that seeing 20 agents all showing “done” does.

Seems that Opus 4.7 via Claude Code now has system reminders checking for malware. While this is great in practice, this should be handled on the server, not added as bloat to my system/tool prompts. This is probably the reason why @claudeai said 4.7 uses "1-1.35x" more tokens.
