@painterzservant @PNGBagre You do have to play it out if your opponent doesn't agree/accept the shortcut and calls in a judge, who will then hear both sides. Tournament shortcuts are common, but not mandatory if there's any room for disagreement as seen by a judge on-site. And that costs time.
What obscure Magic card fills you with boiling rage whenever you see it? For me it's Turn the Earth. Back when Creativity was good in Modern this card was in many a sideboard. It was never really good at it's job. I hated seeing people waste slots on it.
