Complir.io is building AI infrastructure that automates product compliance for global retailers.
Managing compliance across markets means different regulations per country, fragmented documentation, and constant changes. Most teams still run it on spreadsheets. Every product launch becomes a fire drill.
Complir maps products to regulatory requirements, generates required documentation automatically, and keeps everything current when regulations or products change. Today they manage 100k+ products across Europe and are growing ~45% MoM.

How I ran one of the biggest UGC programs in the space
GoWish hit #1 on the App Store and drove 130,000 users in a single day using this method.
> hire 15-30 UGC creators
> don't sign a contract
> have them post without account warmup (overrated)
> encourage 6-sec text videos (0 CTA)
> no volume / quality requirements
> refrain from giving feedback
> delay payments so they lose trust (15 days plus)

Affiliates have generated $60,000+ for Gojiberry.AI in the past few months.
And the best part:
- We never promoted the program.
- One affiliate alone is bringing in $6K+ in new MRR every month.
The downside: some affiliates are bidding on our own brand name, but we’re tolerating it for now.

what I wish I knew:
data tells you what customers did. it doesn't tell you why.
you can stare at conversion rates and drop-off charts all day but you'll never understand why someone bounced unless you think like them
"is this worth my time or just another DM in my inbox?"
the best insights come from sitting in their chair, not reading your dashboard
