Contacted @TMobile sometime ago due to them accidentally taking off my free lines and putting it back on. They said they would need a week if I’m not mistaking to investigate it because I’ve been getting charged for a while now for those “free lines”. I just never had time to

Also in the beginning they were trying to brush it off and be lazy about it. Didn’t want to look into it or how far back I’ve been getting charged for. I was like you should be able to go back and check it all out. You literally have access to that info…

Considering it took them a whole week. That’s after I kept trying to explain to them what was going on and the lines that were affected. I felt like I could’ve went in and helped because it shouldn’t be that hard. Please do better

@IKEAUSA I cannot believe that you would allow anyone to order thousands of $ of kitchen cabinetry minus 1 on backorder under the notion that it would be in stock within weeks. 8 wks later, our kitchen reno is nearly complete & NO ETA on the missing cabinet. Absolutely horrible.
