Donald Trump is the BEST President the US has EVER seen! (at deceit, corruption, hate and hateful rhetoric, avarice, stifling dissent, inciting violence, jerking his ego, having others jerk his ego, destroying perfectly good trade deals, making a fool of himself on the world stage, having no understanding of leadership, worshiping dictators, creating gestapos, scapegoating minorities, eroding the rule of law, weaponizing the DOJ, weakening the global position of the US, nepotism, accepting bribes, being a little jealous man-child of the successes of his predecessors, being vindictive, being entirely unable to utter a coherent sentence (it's easier to listen to ESL students), deception, weaponizing the military against its citizens, starting wars, elongating and funding wars he's claimed to have ended, having zero understanding of diplomacy, employing right through might while simultaneously displaying maximal weakness, tearing away worker's rights, tearing away women's rights, doing away with due process for people in country, sending people with legal status in the country to camps abroad, wasting taxpayer dollars, enriching himself by moneterizing the office as the stage for advertisements or using the name of the Presidency for expressly direct personal gain, and being Epstein's number 1 best friend) I'm SO glad to have him as PRESIDENT! Don't you agree?

HOLY CRAP Trump actually accomplished a miracle. Here is what he got out of Iran: - Reduce its stockpile of enriched uranium by about 98% - Limit uranium enrichment to 3.67% purity (far below weapons-grade) - Cut the number of installed centrifuges by roughly two-thirds - Only enrich uranium at one declared site (Natanz) - Stop enrichment activities at Fordow and convert it into a research facility - Redesign the Arak heavy-water reactor so it could not easily produce weapons-grade plutonium - Ship out or dilute excess enriched uranium Allow extensive inspections by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Permit continuous monitoring of nuclear facilities and supply chains - Accept “snap” inspections under expanded monitoring rules - Avoid building new heavy-water reactors for years - Stay within strict limits on uranium stockpile size and centrifuge development for set periods ranging from 10–25 years Ooops, sorry! That was the JCPOA that Obama signed with Iran, only to have him tear it up, kill 140 kids, get hundreds of Americans injured, 13 killed, and gas prices to surge 50%.

Part of this movement to excuse Trump of any and all action I think has to do with the church and faith. A lot of conservatives brought up in that environment are taught blind devotion and unwavering faith in God. To question God is to question your faith, and if Trump was appointed by God, anointed by God, chosen by God -- whatever the narrative is in the deep religious sect of the Trump cult, by extension you don't question Trump. This kind of faith is a critical thought extinguisher. I don't know how much of a percentage of his base is like this, but it's more than it should be.

I'll never truly understand this desperation and visceral need to defend everything Trump does. Democrats widely accept the Biden old and senile criticism. I would argue that in Biden's senility he was still orders of magnitude more articulate than Trump, but I digress. Why is it hard for you to accept that Trump is, at the very least at a baseline, old and senile?

If you're a longtime Republican turned MAGA looking at the news now, and you see that Trump is considering making a terrorist out of Tucker Carlson, you should be questioning every single domestic terrorist designation that the Trump administration has made. I would go further and say question literally every decision he's made, but let's stick to the smaller scope. And the question you should be asking, is if those designations are evidence based, rational conclusions.

The continuation of his statement where an issue was taken was where he said "the whole machine doesn't work". This is not factually accurate at all whatsoever. And the main issue with these extremely lukewarm takes is that the objectively factual statement of no sun = no new power generation is used to try to discredit the entire mechanism of solar energy. It's not like the solar powered calculators of the 90's. Technology does, in fact, evolve over time.

I’ve gone to the same gym for almost 4 years now. Good friends with nearly everyone there. One day a guy who used to make small talk with me, just stopped. Didn’t think much of it, but it went on for weeks. Found out later he’s a liberal and someone showed him my X account and he just won’t talk to me now. This has happened many many many times since becoming publicly conservative. I’ve lost many friends and even many more acquaintances. They won’t even discuss us. Won’t even look at me. It’s bad for me… but it’s 10,000x worse for my wife. Liberal women are genuinely EVIL to conservative women. It’s on another level. Pure evil. No one talks about this enough but the public shaming of people who are openly conservative is extremely intense and unless you have a lot of mental fortitude and surround yourself with better people quickly… I can understand why many find it is not worth saying anything at all. But that doesn’t make it harder for those of us who speak up… because we are the few.

I have a genuine question for you. Does it not bother you, that the news you consume seemingly exclusively comes from curated memes on an algorithm made to affirm your biases, is almost always entirely incorrect if you actually look at the facts? Does it not bother you that your information sources feed and prey on your insecurities and your anger to further radicalize you? Do you not realize that that's what's happening to you? The COVID vaccine didn't cause mass myocarditis, JFK is in fact dead and did not get revived near some bridge or whatever, the 2020 election was not stolen, it will never be proven as such because Trump had his chance to make the case to the courts 60 times and failed 60 times, immigrants are not killing raping looting etc en masse to the point where there needed to be a special immigration task force, the statistics do not lie and, even now, hard criminal deportations are less than 5% of ICE detentions, and this California legislature simply updates a law that was already passed without making child sex offenses any less illegal. The way that these people control you is by controlling your reading habits. If you're too angry to read because of the startling headlines, they get to control your thought. Second that happens, you're just another useful puppet. Moral of the story, read more.
