Hi @sainsburys, your Kiln Lane store has changed ‘Parent & Toddler’ bays to ‘Parent & Child under 16’. Now families like mine with 1-year-olds can’t park safely. I was even verbally abused when asking someone to move. This policy is unsafe & unfair — what are you doing about it?

@Annab_andre @UberEats @gbkburgers Their driver kept my food and never delivered my order. Their so called ‘DM us we’ll help’ is ‘we’ve followed up via in app please check’. When I checked there was nothing so I had to raise a complaint in app again. It then said it’s over 48 hours so there’s nothing they can do.
