Everything lined up like a damn receipt. Sarah didn’t text him. Didn’t call. Didn’t even screenshot it for evidence. She just waited. That same night, around the usual delivery time, she used his account one last time and placed the smallest order possible to that address: one single large chocolate milkshake. Nothing else. No note.
