@RatanSharda55 Good suggestion. Also vote should be sought in the name of party/alliance, not individual. Most of the MPs /MLAs are not seen after elections. In my locality never seen BJP MLA for last 10 years. Forget about MLA, not seen even BJP corporator.

Now that @AdityaDharFilms has EXPLODED a ATOMIC BOMB right under the film industry, what is shocking is the loud silence from the rest of the film industry . I don’t know whether this is because the #Dhurandhar2 ‘s devastating explosion has hurled everyone else in the film industry so far into OUTER SPACE that their applause cannot reach here due to the long distances , OR whether they’re huddled in denial, whispering to each other , “It’s just propaganda… it will go away soon ,” so that they can crawl back and resume making their same old repetitive films. OR are they just paralysed by the film’s sheer brilliance , realising that whatever they’ve been making or planning to make , now simply cannot measure up? But isn’t it extremely unwise to ignore a DINOSAUR like #Dhurandhar2 staring you in the face and BREATHING FIRE into your eyes with its BOX OFFICE ROAR shaking the very ground beneath their feet , how can anyone be so foolish enough to look away? My sincere advice to all my colleagues in the film industry is to please take #Dhurandhar2 deadly seriously and study it like a ultra fresh course in filmmaking and educate yourselves OR risk being buried forever in the graveyard of pre March 19th 2026 cinema.🙏

"The Question No One Was Asking" Someone had to ask: What is the single biggest problem of a car owner? Not buying. Not selling. But the years in between. Knowing if your insurance is valid. Checking for challans. Tracking your FASTag balance. Staying compliant. Chirag Pipaliya and his team in Surat asked that question. And answered it with Vehicle Info. Today, Cars24 acquires Vehicle Info. Chirag grew up in a small village near Bhavnagar, studied in a government school, and built software products without access to capital or an ecosystem. He understood that a product solving for millions had to be immediately useful, or it would not survive. That constraint shaped everything. Vehicle Info ranks among the top Auto apps in India. This is notable because the problem was big enough for people to download an app and keep it forever. Vehicle Info will continue as a standalone app with its own team, while we work together on a shared vision: solving vehicle ownership, not just vehicle transactions. One step closer to Better Drives, Better Lives. Congratulations, Chirag and team. Cracker of an insight.

@Passport worst service by Cars 24. Instead of mentioning Kiger RXZ turbo CVT they mentioned Kiger RXZ AMT. They don't know the difference. It happened twice. Quoted low price due to this mistake. Also they made me pay Rs1180/- for Pro seller. Please refund the same.

West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee writes to CEC Gyanesh Kumar "I am once again constrained to write to you in order to place on record) my grave concern regarding the serious irregularities, procedural violations, and administrative lapses being witnessed during the ongoing Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of the electoral rolls in West Bengal... I strongly urge you to immediately address and rectify the glitches, address the flaws and make the necessary corrections, failing which this unplanned, arbitrary and adhoc exercise must be halted. If allowed to continúe in its present form, it will result in irreparable damage, large-scale disenfranchisement of eligible voters, and a direct assault on the foundational principles of democratic governance, " reads the letter

I woke up overwhelmed and grateful. A note to our readers and viewers: OpIndia started extremely small and still works with very limited resources. Every election on result day, my face would drop. How do we cover the results meaningfully - everyone would be watching TV, not following updates on a website. This was the first result day we were live for hours. Our reporters analysed the results based on their ground experience. We had fantastic guests who added their expertise. (Our reporters being on ground for a month was another milestone. We stuck to telling stories that mattered without indulging in the kind of surface level reporting many channels do). You rewarded us with millions of views. These are milestones for OpIndia that has made me emotional and it couldn’t have happened with our readers. Thank you. You were patient with us. Even when we couldn’t do much on result day, or cover elections from the ground, you knew, someday we would get here. There’s so much more to do and I’m now confident, that most of what our readers have wanted us to do for so long, we will be able to deliver - slowly and steadily. Your expectations kept us on our toes. You never leaving us, even when we were taking some time to fulfill your expectations, helped us get here and never give up. I will be forever grateful for your love, faith and support. It’s been a long journey, and it feels like we are just getting started.

The story of the Kashmiri doctor who sang like a canary. The first Jaish poster surfaced in Srinagar on the Nowgam bypass. The police made investigations, picked up a few boys, who revealed that a doctor comes often and he carries a gun +

Kajjaaya has to be one of the most under celebrated sweets. One of the fondest memories of childhood is waiting for my ajji to bring kajjaaya from our village after deepavali. She would get down at the bus stop about half a km away from our home and walk. I would stand on our compound trying to get a sight of her at afar and waiting for the kajjaaya more than for her! 😁 the sight of the soft kajjaayas as soon i opened that old steel box was just 😍😍 post ajji’s passing somehow my mother could never get the recipe right. Thankfully my wife does and I am now one happy kajjaaya every deepavali and the days after!

While the PM uses our national song Vande Mataram to show his faux nationalism, his own ministry makes children sing the RSS song Namaste Sada Vatsale - showing his regime’s true colours once again. I wrote to the Railway Minister over the shocking incident during the Ernakulam–Bengaluru Vande Bharat inauguration, where school students were made to sing the RSS Gana Geetham. A public event was converted into an RSS function and the Southern Railway’s official X handle proudly shared this as well. This is a blatant misuse of Indian Railways, a national institution that belongs to every citizen, not any divisive ideology. It is an insidious attempt to slowly convert India from a Constitutional Republic to an RSS-controlled autocracy. Such acts of propaganda undermine the Constitution’s secular values and the dignity of our institutions. We will never allow the RSS agenda to succeed, no matter what.

I’ve been advised complete rest for the next three days. An MRI has detected a mild stenosis due to plaque build up in one of the arteries in my brain, which is mildly restricting blood flow - but thankfully, by God’s grace, it is not worse. There’s still some numbness in my left arm and face, but I’m expected to recover soon. Do pray for me. MRI for the first time was claustrophobic.

@Tejasvi_Surya Full support to you. I strongly oppose tunnel road. Completion of Metro lines on war footing is the need of the day. Orange metro line implementation not yet picked up even after approval from central government. PRR delayed by decades. Only talks, no action.

Who am I to question the Tunnel Road project? asks DCM. Sir, I am a common Kannadiga. A Bengaluru boy who loves our city. A common man who is suffering in traffic everyday. As a Bengalurean and with deep concern for the city's future, I would urge the DCM to consult experts and transport planners before making a decision on the tunnel road, ensuring that it serves the best interests of the city. Many citizens of Bengaluru are expressing their opposition to this proposal, and the DCM asks what authority they have oppose. Let me remind - we are taxpaying citizens. Bengaluru belongs to us all. Bengaluru, once built by visionary leaders, is now facing challenges due to poor planning, and it is our collective responsibility to safeguard its future. The DCM says he wants to leave a legacy for Bengaluru. Request him to build a Bengaluru accessible to even a comman man and projects which are feasible and needed for the city.
