On 16 December, India commemorates Vijay Diwas, marking the decisive victory of the 1971 War. The surrender of Pakistan’s Eastern Command stands as a testament to the courage, coordination and sacrifice of the Indian Armed Forces, leading to the liberation of Bangladesh. #VijayDiwas #1971war #Indianarmedforces

There are too many things that cannot be said at this point. Even colleagues are unable to ask each other questions or talk to each other...😌 Since there's nothing else to do, I read books, play games, and watch movies from morning till night.

@airasia_indo Recent app and process changes are really bad. Why would you replace proper structured experience with a chat. And charging more than 2-3x fare for flight change is even worst. Not using the app or site, and will avoid the flights if I can.

@yogendra It’s not capturable by the app as far as I know. When you press function plus something else macOS sends us the equivalent key as if it were dedicated. Function isn’t considered a modifier.

One of the things in Ghostty I'm super proud of is our comprehensive keyboard encoding tests. As a result, Ghostty has one of the most comprehensive and accurate key encoding implementations and is very resilient to regressions. See the attached screenshots for examples. Complex! The encoder is platform agnostic. It takes a cross-platform "KeyEvent" as input and produces the proper encoded bytes as output. The platform-specific code (AppKit on macOS, GTK on Linux, etc.) is expected to produce the KeyEvent. Garbage in, garbage out, so a big part of this is ensuring our cross platform runtimes produce equivalent key events, since I've found between AppKit and GTK they handle keyboard input VERY differently. I'm certain we have many keyboard encoding bugs still, but I'm also confident that as we get them and resolve them, the existing edge behaviors are preserved.
